SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms cover text messages sent and received by Blue Atlas Realty ("we," "us"), a Texas real estate brokerage (TREC License #0609432) located at 669 Airport Fwy Suite 208, Hurst, TX 76053, as part of our leasing SMS program.

The program

You receive texts from us because you asked about one of our rental listings — by submitting an inquiry or showing request on a rental listing platform (such as Zillow, Trulia, HotPads, or Apartments.com) or on this website with your phone number, or by texting our leasing number directly. Our messages respond to your inquiry: answers to your questions about the property, confirmations and reminders for showings you request, entry instructions for your confirmed showing, and follow-ups on your inquiry or application.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your conversation — typically a handful of messages around an inquiry, a showing, or an application. We do not send recurring promotional messages.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for the program itself.

Help

Reply HELP to any message, email [email protected], or call (682) 323-0016 and we will help.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message at any time and we will stop texting you immediately. You can also ask us to stop by email or phone. Opting out of texts does not affect your inquiry or application — we can continue by email or phone instead.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.
