• Information you submit — when you fill out a form (rental analysis, contact, listing inquiry) we collect what you provide: typically your name, email, phone number, message, and property details.
• Chat messages — questions you type to BART, our website assistant. Please do not enter sensitive personal information (Social Security numbers, dates of birth, financial account numbers) in chat; applications go through our secure application system instead.
• Usage and attribution data — standard analytics (pages visited, device/browser type) via Google Analytics, and how you reached us (for example, a search engine, an ad campaign tag, or an AI assistant referral).

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and provide the service you asked about — leasing, property management, tour scheduling, or a rental analysis.
• To operate and improve the website and our marketing.
• To route your inquiry to the right person on our team through our internal business systems.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

When we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate — website hosting, analytics, the AI service that powers chat responses, and scheduling/application platforms — and only as needed to fulfill your request. Tour scheduling (Tenant Turner), rental applications (our application portal), and resident/owner portals are operated by third parties under their own privacy policies.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number when you ask about a rental — through a rental listing platform, a form on this site, or by texting our leasing number — we may text you about your own inquiry: answers to your questions, confirmations and reminders for showings you request, entry instructions for a confirmed showing, and follow-ups on your inquiry or application. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile phone number and your consent to receive text messages are never sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's marketing, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text from us to opt out immediately, or HELP for help.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them. We do not use cookies to sell your data.

Advertising

We advertise our own property management services through Google Ads. To do that, Google sets cookies (and similar identifiers) on this site so we can measure which ads led to a form submission or a phone call, and so we can show our ads again to people who have already visited this site — commonly called remarketing. We use this only to advertise Blue Atlas Realty; we do not sell your information, and we do not run other companies' ads here.

You can turn personalized Google ads off at any time in Google's Ads Settings, opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the NAI opt-out tool, or block these cookies in your browser settings. Doing so does not affect your ability to use this site or to reach us.
