What is the application and screening process?
Applicants complete a structured application and screening process that includes credit, criminal, eviction, income, and prior rental verification. We also check local county and JP records for issues that can be missed in broader nationwide searches.
How will I get paid?
Owner disbursement timing and statements are handled through the owner process and reviewed during onboarding.
What if my home needs work?
We can help identify rental-grade make-ready needs, coordinate estimates, and prepare the home for the market.
What is Blue Atlas Realty's management fee?
New clients at Blue Atlas pay a management fee of 4.9% of rent collected for DFW rental property management. Owners already under management are billed the terms of their own management agreement, and their property manager is happy to talk through it.
Does Blue Atlas charge a leasing fee?
Yes. Blue Atlas charges a leasing fee of 50% of one month's rent when a new resident is placed.
Does Blue Atlas charge a renewal fee?
Yes. Blue Atlas charges a $195 lease renewal fee.
Does Blue Atlas mark up maintenance?
No. Blue Atlas does not add a maintenance markup to vendor invoices.
